Counselor
I graduated from Choctaw High School in 1982 and began attending East Central University in the fall of 1982. I graduated with my Bachelor’s in Elementary Education and Special Education in 1986. In 1990 I received my Master’s in Special Education. In 2011 I decided to go back to school. I received my school pscyhometry certification and in 2015 I graduated with a Master’s in Counseling. I then applied for and began my supervision to be a Licensed Professional Counselor. I finished my LPC supervision in 2017.

I began at Homer Elemetnary as the School Counselor in the fall of 2019.
I began teaching fall of 1986 at Whitebead Elementary in Pauls Valley. My education experience includes teaching first grade, second grade, fourth grade and classes for students with learning disabilities through eigth grade. I began as the school counselor in 2015 at Whitebead School.
I have been married to my husband, Denny, since 1983. I have three grown sons and two grandsons. My oldest and youngest work with my husband in our family furniture stores, Williamson’s Furniture Inc. My middle son lives in Austin and is a chemical engineer for Samsung. My grandsons, Sawyer and Cale, are the cutest ever! They attend school at Whitebead in Pauls Valley where my daughter-in-law is the school counselor.
